My journey spans over 20 years in the construction sector, with a particular focus on the electrical industry, evolving from an eager apprentice to a seasoned expert sought out for comprehensive construction wisdom. Throughout these two decades, my roles have varied from Project Manager and Electrician to Supervisor, where I've been instrumental in achieving project goals and upholding health and safety standards. While I briefly ventured into business ownership, my true calling lies in optimizing company operations. My expertise now flourishes in a consulting and business coaching capacity, specifically tailored to the electrical industry. Here, I harness my passion for efficiency, productivity, and compliance, alongside developing digital tools designed to streamline workflows and foster active participation.
Interests
For recreation, I find a healthy balance between physical and mental well-being. I challenge myself with rock climbing, while yoga and mindfulness practices help me center myself. To stay sharp, I enjoy writing, which can take many forms, and of course I can not forget quality time spent with loved ones,

My work at Mr. Charger has been at the forefront of the electric vehicle revolution. As a Project Manager and Head of Commercial Operations, I've overseen the design and installation of Tesla Powerwall systems and EVCP infrastructure across various environments . By ensuring compliance, liaising with key stakeholders, and providing in-depth training, I've played a crucial role in delivering successful projects and driving the adoption of sustainable transportation.
I've also work closely with new franchise owners, providing them with in-depth knowledge of working in the commercial electrical industry. George Hancock has proved himself as "the" technical guru on all things EV Charging. George is the kind of guy you draft in when things get heavy and you need to call in the big guns.
